Q: How do I access the Thom Cat's Members Lounge after signing up as a member?
A: Just log in using your email and password. You’ll land on the homepage. Then, click the Fan Club tab again—it will take you straight to the Members Lounge.

Q: How do I log out?
A: Scroll to the bottom of any page on the website. You’ll see a Log Out option there.

Q. How to reset my password?
A: Just email us at info.catthompson@gmail.com with your request. Make sure to provide us with your membership details including the email you signed up with.
We will send a password reset link to that email address.

Q: How to change my tier?
A: Please follow the steps below.
1. Log in to your account.
2. Scroll down and click Edit Profile at the bottom of the site.
3. On the left side, click Your Subscription.
4. You’ll see your current tier—click Change Subscription Level and pick a new one. For paid tiers, you can choose to pay by credit card or PayPal.

Q: How to change my tier if I chose PayPal as my payment option?
A: If you pay with PayPal, we’ll need to cancel your subscription manually before you can switch tiers.
Just email us at info.catthompson@gmail.com with your request. We’ll notify you once it’s been cancelled so you can sign up again with your new tier.

Q: How to cancel my fan club membership?
A: Please follow the steps below.
1. Log in to your account.
2. Scroll down and click Edit Profile.
3. Go to the Cancel Account section and follow the steps to cancel.
